User Data Deletion Instructions

LeadFlow Pro, operated by Mafikeng Digital Innovation Hub (Pty) Ltd, respects your privacy and provides straightforward mechanisms to delete your stored personal information, disconnect platform access, or purge ingested marketing leads.
In accordance with Meta Platform Policies (Facebook & Instagram) and TikTok Developer Terms, this page provides clear instructions on how you can request the deletion of your data and revoke application permissions.
1Deleting Facebook & Instagram Data (Meta)
If you connected your Facebook Page or Instagram Business account to LeadFlow Pro and wish to delete your data or revoke access:
- Log in to your Facebook Account.
- Click on your profile picture in the top right corner and navigate to Settings & privacy > Settings.
- In the left-hand navigation menu, select Business Integrations (or Apps and Websites).
- Locate LeadFlow Pro in the list of active integrations.
- Click the checkbox or the Remove button next to LeadFlow Pro.
- Select "Delete posts, videos or events that LeadFlow Pro published on your behalf" if prompted, and click Remove.
2Revoking TikTok Permissions & Data
If you authorized LeadFlow Pro with your TikTok account:
- Open the TikTok App on your mobile device.
- Navigate to your Profile tab in the bottom right.
- Tap the Menu icon (3 horizontal lines) in the top right corner and select Settings and privacy.
- Select Security, then tap Manage app permissions.
- Locate LeadFlow Pro and tap Remove access.
3Instant Disconnection via LeadFlow Pro Dashboard
If you have access to your LeadFlow Pro workspace:
- Sign in to your dashboard at LeadFlow Pro.
- Navigate to Platforms.
- Find the platform card you wish to remove (Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok).
- Click Options > Disconnect / Delete.
- Confirm deletion. Our database immediately deletes the encrypted OAuth tokens and platform configuration record.
4Requesting a Permanent Data Purge
If you want us to completely purge all historical leads, form submissions, contact details, and account records associated with your email or social accounts:
Send an email to our Data Protection Officer at:
Subject: Data Deletion Request
Information to provide: Your registered account email address, workspace organization name, and/or your Facebook Page ID or TikTok handle.
Timeline: We verify the request and permanently scrub your records from our PostgreSQL database and backups within 30 calendar days, issuing you an official confirmation receipt.
